A user-experience-focused design was developed with a fully responsive structure, ensuring ease of use across desktop and mobile devices.
Product data retrieved from Nebim V3 ERP is enriched prior to sale through MNM’s custom middleware solution, enabling product enrichment and configuration management outside of the main admin panel. Direct integrations with Trendyol and Hepsiburada marketplaces were also structured to be managed through the same middleware layer.
The online store was integrated with iyzico for payments, providing a secure and easily manageable payment infrastructure with fraud control and seamless refund capabilities.
Bulk product image uploads and automatic matching with related products accelerated the go-live process for newly added inventory collections.
Shipping processes were automated through integrations with Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo.
Store and central warehouse inventories were made available for online sales via MNM’s proprietary Ahtapot Order Management System (OMS). This enabled optimized fulfillment from the most efficient location(s), while strengthening product variety and size availability.
For Vicco dealers, segmented customer groups were created and special discount structures were implemented, adding B2B capabilities to the project.
A return management flow was designed to allow customers to submit return requests and complete online refunds directly through the payment integration.
