A leading skincare retail chain, Kiehl’s fully renewed its e-commerce infrastructure in partnership with MNM. The new website, developed on Adobe Commerce Cloud, was designed in alignment with the brand’s global interface standards, redefining the digital experience in line with Kiehl’s current global identity.

Solution
Technical Setup
Adobe Commerce Cloud was successfully implemented. All structural components — including domain, SSL, staging and production environments, and content scheduling — were configured. User training and documentation were delivered.
Search & Personalization
Fast and accurate search results were enabled through Elastic Search infrastructure. AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems were integrated using Adobe Sensei.
Campaign Management
A robust campaign module was implemented, allowing complex promotional scenarios without technical dependency. Content Staging enabled scheduled and controlled content publishing.
Product & Content Management
ERP data was enriched via PIM before publication. Content pages were created using Page Builder, enabling non-technical teams to manage digital content efficiently.
User-Generated Content
Moderated product reviews were implemented to create dynamic product pages and enhance the customer experience.
